Principle Faucets Direct-Sale Residential Return Policy

This Direct-Sale Residential Return Policy applies only to products purchased directly from Principle Faucets by the original purchaser or home owner during original installation for personal residential use. It does not apply to products purchased through dealers, showrooms, distributors, builders, wholesalers, resellers, co-brand programs, private-label programs, OEM channels, or other third-party sellers, nor does it apply to commercial, hospitality, multifamily, institutional, builder-stock, or other non-residential purchases. Products purchased through a third party are subject to that seller’s return policy, except to the extent otherwise required by law.
For qualifying direct residential sales, the purchaser may return the product to Principle Faucets for any reason within six (6) months from the original date of purchase. A product may be returned under this policy even if it has been installed and used during the applicable return period. If the return is accepted, Principle Faucets will refund the original purchase price paid for the product. Original and return shipping charges, expedited shipping charges, duties, tariffs, taxes, and similar fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

To qualify for return under this policy, the purchaser must contact Principle Faucets and follow the return instructions provided, return the product within the applicable return period of 30 days from date of return authorization by Principle Faucets, de-install the product prior to return, and provide proof of purchase. The returned product must be reasonably cleaned, drained, and packaged so as to avoid damage in transit, and must include all major components reasonably necessary for identification and evaluation. Because this return policy permits installation and use, ordinary installation marks and ordinary use during the return period shall not, by themselves, disqualify a return. However, this return policy does not apply to products that are missing major components or that have been materially damaged by abuse, misuse, neglect, unauthorized modification, or improper installation beyond ordinary use.

The purchaser shall be solely responsible for all costs associated with returning the product, including shipping, freight, duties, tariffs, taxes, brokerage, insurance, and any other return-related charges. Risk of loss or damage during return shipment shall remain with the purchaser until the returned product is received by Principle Faucets.
Refunds shall be issued only after the returned product is received and inspected by Principle Faucets. If Principle Faucets determines that the returned product does not qualify under this policy, Principle Faucets may reject the return, return the product to the purchaser at the purchaser’s expense, or address the matter under the applicable warranty policy, if any. Approved refunds shall be made to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed in writing.

To initiate a return, the purchaser shall contact Principle Faucets through the provided web form at www.principlefaucets.com/returns, 888-293-2203, or by reaching out to  customer_support@principlefaucets.com and provide the purchaser’s name and address, order number or proof of purchase, the model name or number if known, and a brief explanation of the reason for return.
